These terms explain the conditions that apply when you apply to, register with, or work with VelvetDolls as a webcam model.

By submitting an application or continuing with onboarding, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not continue with the registration process.

Platform-specific rules may also apply, and you must comply with any terms set by the relevant platform before your account can be activated.

Terms And Conditions For VelvetDolls Webcam Modelling Agency

The following terms apply to applicants and models working with VelvetDolls.

  • 1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern your relationship with VelvetDolls, hereafter referred to as the Agency or we, and your participation as a webcam model, hereafter referred to as the Model or you. By signing up with VelvetDolls, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the registration process.
  • 2. Eligibility The Model must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate. The Model must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. The Model must have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for webcam modelling.
  • 3. VelvetDolls Representation By signing up with VelvetDolls, the Model agrees to grant VelvetDolls the exclusive right to represent them on the Streamate platform for a rolling period of six months. This rolling period resets every time you log in and start streaming. During the term of representation, the Model agrees to conduct all webcam modelling activities exclusively through VelvetDolls on the Streamate platform. If the Model joins Streamate under VelvetDolls, they agree to be tied to VelvetDolls for a period of six months. In the event the Model wishes to terminate their representation with VelvetDolls before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to VelvetDolls. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Streamate platform for a further six months from the date of termination of their representation with VelvetDolls. The Model acknowledges that any attempt to circumvent this exclusivity clause on the Streamate platform may result in termination of their contract with VelvetDolls.
  • 4. Duration Of Representation The term of representation with VelvetDolls shall commence upon the Model's registration with VelvetDolls and shall continue for a rolling period of six months for the Streamate platform. This rolling period resets every time you log in and start streaming. If the Model wishes to terminate their representation with VelvetDolls before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to VelvetDolls. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Streamate platform for a further six months from the date of termination of their representation with VelvetDolls.
  • 5. Obligations Of The Model The Model agrees to perform webcam modelling services in a professional manner and to adhere to all guidelines provided by VelvetDolls. The Model agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by VelvetDolls or its clients. The Model acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any content they produce during webcam sessions and indemnifies VelvetDolls against any claims arising from such content.
  • 6. Payment The Model agrees to the payment terms and conditions outlined by VelvetDolls, including but not limited to commission rates, payment schedule, and payment methods. The Model acknowledges that VelvetDolls shall deduct commissions and any applicable fees from their earnings as outlined in the payment terms.
  • 7. Termination VelvetDolls reserves the right to terminate the Model's representation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by VelvetDolls. The Model may terminate their representation with VelvetDolls by providing written notice as outlined in section 4.
  • 8. Amendments VelvetDolls reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Model will be notified of any changes, and continued participation following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
  • 9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
  • 10. Continued Acceptance The Model acknowledges and agrees that continued use of VelvetDolls services, including but not limited to accessing the VelvetDolls platform, engaging in webcam modelling activities, or receiving payments through VelvetDolls, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By signing up with VelvetDolls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the clause regarding continued acceptance.
